I’m looking for one roommate to share two bedroom one bathroom in upper east side. The room is unfurnished but will be furnished in a common area. Elevator, trash room and laundry in the building. You can choose between two rooms. All utilities(heat, water, wifi, electric, gas) are included. Sorry no pets please.

1,500.00 for smaller room, or 1,700.00 for big room

I work 9-5 job as hybrid. 2-3 days at the office. During my days off, I go to the gym, cook 1-3 a week, and go out for brunch/dinner.

I like to keep my apartment clean(at least clean after myself), respect, responsibility, quiet at night, and easy going . I expect the same from my future roommate
