Located on James Island, my light filled single-story home is in a quiet neighborhood and is within 5 miles of major medical facilities. There is a small backyard to enjoy early morning coffee or just to sit in the sun. Room has a comfortable queen size Murphy bed with adjoining bathroom. Tennis Court and nice walking paths around the neighborhood with duck filled ponds, geese and other water loving fowl - on occasion, an alligator will be spotted in or near the water. We’ll share the kitchen, dining and living rooms; the owner has been described as a great roommate and respects your personal space! Just 7 miles to Folly Beach and to downtown Charleston. 1 car parking. Please note: no pets, no smoking or vaping
