So sorry for the mess, my current roommates are in the process of moving out! Pictures of the rooms themselves coming soon. This apartment is on the bottom half of a duplex and the landlord lives in the upper unit. Month to month lease. It’s super spacious with an office if you’re WFH, a porch and a little backyard, and it’s in a great location near Thai Town and Los Feliz. Walking distance from Ralph’s! I’m looking to fill two rooms which would share a bathroom. Great living situation if you’re trying to move with a friend. There is tandem parking for another car.
