I have a second bedroom available for rent in my apartment at Alder Creek Apartments. You have full access to the apartment. I do have a washer and dryer in the unit and there is a pool on premise. I will cover the utilities! Just looking for someone to rent out the other room. Lease is for 6 months with the option to renew at the end of January.

I’m a male in my 30’s and work in the Paso wine industry. Easy going. I have an awesome dog so being dog friendly is a must!
