Garland's room

I have an extra room available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The house has a fenced backyard, 2 car garage, and a finished room over the garage which is serving as an office. The house has internet, washer and dryer. The room has a bed as well as a pair of bookshelves. These can be removed at your request. The will be available starting August 1st but I would like to extend the lease in October for another year.

I am a 40 year old IT professional who is quiet and tidy. I tend to keep to myself but am open to hanging out. I will be the only other resident at the property.
