Hi there!

You’ll have your own room on the first floor of this conveniently-located, charming 3 unit apartment home. I’m preferably looking for someone to sign onto the lease for the first unit with me 9/1/23-8/31/24 but other lengths of time are welcome.

Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Laundry is free and in the basement. Cats, dogs, and other pets are welcome with permission from the landlord (I’ve been told no fee). Gas, electric, and internet are not included in the $1500/month and will be split (~ $100-$150/month/person).

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to Central Square station and a variety of bus stops. It’s a 3 minute walk to the nearest blue bike station. It’s also within walking distance to a Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, H-mart, and CVS.

You’ll be living with me, a recent Northeastern graduate. I work a typical 9-5 at a biotech company in Waltham, with one day of remote work.

I’m a fairly introverted person but wouldn’t mind getting to know my roommate and exploring more of Boston. I like cooking (vegan) and activities like biking, running, lifting, rock climbing, etc. I also volunteer at an animal shelter and plan to foster a cat or two, so must be ok living with cats. I prefer to keep common living spaces pretty clean, and tend to clean up as I cook or see that things need cleaning.
