Month to month at will living arrangement first and last months rent required room will be available for around a year unless I decide to move early. Female preferred must be employed or in school full time. Only bedroom pets allowed like no dogs and only one cat acceptable! Plus The neighbor cat comes to hang out in the yard if you need to pet a sweet furry creature.

front and back yard where you can smoke if you do that, I should mention that this won’t be the place to bring your buddies over strongly prefer you to go out for social engagement and treat this as a home base and sanctuary as I do.

I will want to meet for a interview and run a background ideal candidate is a female who prioritizes their responsibilities helps out with the yard and stays relatively tidy.

I am drug/alcohol free and I don’t smoke cigarettes and would prefer the same.

It’s just me here ..I play video games and make music and blab with friends on discord I’m pretty laid back about most things I’m pretty outgoing and won’t avoid conversation or tackling your concerns together.
