I’m looking for a female roommate (preferred) who is employed or a full-time student, is responsible, willing to help out now and then, and somewhat tidy. I love animals and am open to pets (depending on the situation). The home has both a front and back yard, with a deck where you can smoke or let a dog run around.

I’m renting out the room to help with some much-needed repairs around the house. Some things have fallen behind, and I’m at the point where I can’t keep up with all the work with my DIY spirit alone. That said, it’s not perfect, and there are a few eyesores and old house quirks. The upside is that I’m offering a flat rate, with no complicated agreements or billing—everything goes back into improving the space. no security deposit but first and last will be required.

I’m happy to accommodate hobbies and encourage you to personalize the shared spaces to make them feel comfortable for you!

I’m pretty laid-back about most things and outgoing—I’m always open to conversation and happy to tackle any concerns together. I’m drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free, and it would be great to have a roommate on the same page, but I get that we’re all human. I’m not expecting a saint! I have a lot of hobbies and have been collecting house plants, so get in while you can before the jungle overtakes everything!
