Hi my name is Steve. I have been living in this 4 bed / 3 bath house in great quiet friendly neighborhood in cul de sac for about 8 years. This is 92705 Santa Ana / Orange / Tustin border. Separate entrance from outside (see pic), private room, private bathroom, shared rest of house. Looking primarily for 1 busy student / worker / international student - crash pad type scenario. No parties, no drama. Room just became available and never had issues in the past with renter. Room won’t be fully furnished but if bed or items needed we can discuss. Room size is 15 x 12.

I am a 40 yr old busy professional. I work in Irvine, travel, or work from home. My Respectful 8 yr old son lives in house about 50% of time and drama free. Between work, fitness, outdoors fun, and some Netflix nights it’s a quiet chill home. I have a friendly small 5 lb older dog. Not interested in accepting any other pets at this time.
