I will be living in the room that rents out last. I am a 27 year old female who will be in school from Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm. When I am not in school, I am usually at the gym, work, or studying in my room. I work on the weekends as a phlebotomist (draws blood at a hospital/lab). I am friendly, clean, and courteous. I have a small, sweet 2 year old cat who stays in my room and rarely goes out into the common areas.
