Old Town Lewisville (Mill and Main), so walkability is amazing. It’s a 3-minute walk to a coffee house, wine bar, bakery, post office, distillery, several restaurants and other businesses. It’s a 2 bed/2 bathroom condo on the second floor - so there are stairs.

Upscale living at affordable prices.

Your Bedroom & Bathroom. The space/room that is available for rent is a a large master bed and bath (connected). It can come with a bed frame and mattress if needed.

The Common Areas. The common spaces are already furnished. There’s a second fridge and freezer in the garage.

Newer appliances: large washer and large dryer, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, air fryer.

Utilities. All utilities included EXCEPT electricity, and electricity could be split with the current roomie. Willing to give a free week of rent to help with the transition. Willing to shift dates earlier or later, depending on situation. Total Costs: $1190 (rent) + half of electricity + $60 (housekeeper). The total bill for electricity ranges from $135 - $215, so you would half that. The all-in would be around $1400.

Parking. You would have a 1-car garage. Perfect for privacy, convenience, and protection against that Texas sun.

Preference is no pets or couples.

Safety & Security. I have never of any crime in the neighborhood, like vandalism, break-ins, etc. The building has gates if needed, but we don’t use them. There has never been someone walk up our stairway that hasn’t belonged there.

Building Style. There is a condo above and partially to the sides; noise is consistent with apartment style living.
