Unfurnished Room for Rent. Looking for a responsible adult willing to share 1 bathroom with 2 other people. The complex is small and quiet. Our neighbors are friendly, and we all respect each other’s privacy and space. Unfortunately, due to allergies, no pets allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the home, however, outside of the premises is ok as long as butts are disposed of properly. Utilities, internet and cleaning supplies are included with the rent as well as my cooking ware and utensils. Further details can be discussed in person.
