Brian's room

The room is a private room with its own bathroom! (Toilet, no bath). There is a large bathroom in the main hall with your normal bathroom needs. The room is small but spacious for students that dont have a lot of stuff. The house comes with a back yard so if you have a cat you can have them inside or out. There’s plenty of front parking. The one down side is that it’s close to a busy street but, it’s not noisy come the late hours. The area walking west is beautiful and pretty chill. A Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, and Boba place within walking distance(10-15 minutes walking). Kitchen comes with microwave, oven, espresso machine, air fryer and sink.(no dishwasher). The place just had its AC replaced and works great! Any other questions I’ll be happy to answer.

Currently one other person lives here. She’s very easy going and has two cats! We are best friends and own eachother for years! As for myself I’m 26 and this is my house. I’ve grew up in this house and take care of it. I’m nice and respectful to others space so if you’re on the shy side, don’t worry! This is a safe space. I’m also Dyslexic so if this post is written incorrectly in some places, I am sorry. Lol.
