Larger than an average master bedroom with plenty of space along with very spacious double sided closets with organizer.

Condo is located in a good quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Easily able to get everywhere as the expressway is down the road. In general close to many restaurants, grocery stores, fast food, etc…

No pets due to life threatening allergies. Looking for only 1 renter. No couples. No children.

Main floor has living room with electric fireplace, half bath and kitchen which includes gas stove, microwave, garbage disposal, main fridge,and wall pantry. From the kitchen you can walk out onto the privately enclosed deck with patio furniture for relaxation.

Basement is partially finished with storage space. Small gym with equipment. Deep freezer for extra food storage, and a washer and new dryer.

Top floor is where your shared bathroom will be along with the second bedroom and the master bedroom.

Home is very beautiful and fully furnished besides the master bedroom. Would only need to furnish your own room as everything else is supplied in the home for you. Rent includes utilities. Any of your own personal streaming accounts can be used. No cable- if you want cable we can discuss at an additional cost.

First and last months rent along w/security deposit and signed lease agreement is due in at move in to receive keys. A background check and proof of income will be required.

If interested I will schedule a day and time within reason to come see the place and discuss the rental more.

The other renter is a male that is 30 years old.. He has been renting with me for a long time and has been a great tenant. He works in the cannabis industry and works a lot. When he is home, he stays in his room playing video games. He does smoke weed- but only does this outside as no smoking is allowed the home. He does not party and barely ever has guests over. Goes to the gym- eats semi healthy. He is quiet and respectful, helps whenever needed. Overall, very easy to get along with. He gives you your space but certainly not afraid to engage in conversation if you want to hang out or talk. You basically get a lot of the space to yourself.

I am very respectful, nice, and many would say funny. I go with the flow but am not a pushover. I expect you to respect my home, pay your rent on time, and clean up after yourself. Any of my past renters would be more than glad to vouch for living in the home and will vouch for me.
