Mirage Bay Circle

Looking to have someone take over my lease at Oasis at Cypress Woods in a 2x2. I currently have a roommate who would be staying so you would have your room and your own bathroom. Rent is $2250, but I typically only pay around $1100, as my roommate has the master bedroom and pays $100 more than me once the rent is divided. He is currently a PA student and is typically at school or in his room studying for the most part. He does have a dog who is potty trained and quiet. You would need to submit the appropriate documentation to the apartment complex, but once approved you could move in as early as August 1st. -15 minutes from downtown -25 minutes from Ft. Roommate is a male, PA student in his 20’s. Being that he is a student he is typically not at the apartment for most of the day and when he is here he’s in his room studying. He does have a dog who is very friendly to every person and dog she meets. She’s house trained and stays in his room whenever he’s not here. Other than that he is a pretty easy going guy, and gets along with pretty much everyone.
