3 bed 3 bath townhouse. Close to downtown Morgan Hill, with trendy restaurants, local grocery stores, a farmers market, and parks. Gated community pool and spa across the street.

We have 1 room for rent. There are two rooms on the same floor with a shared bathroom. We already have a male roommate in the other room.

I live with my girlfriend and her dog. We have one male roommate who isn’t home very often. I work a lot and and am not home much so when I am, I like to enjoy myself and relax. My gf works night shifts at a hospital. She likes to use the kitchen and sleep during the day or hang out in our bedroom. I like BBQing and listening to music.
