Lots of light and a little view of the hills. :) Two young adults (female) who work full-time currently live in the townhome. They each have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Shared kitchen and living room. Sorry no additional pets (but dog lovers encouraged to apply as current tenants have dogs). Room is big enough for two people - may consider a couple or two good friends (rent would be $425 per person). Amazing location! Close to everything. West of I-25 central location, across from Bear Creek Regional Park, 10 minutes to downtown, close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs.

Roomies are two young adult women. Both working full-time. Kind, considerate, social but not ragers. Due to HOA rules, smoking and late night festivities not allowed.
