About the room
This is a 5 bedroom apartment situated in Central Harlem on 128th St between Lenox and 5th Avenue.
We are currently looking to fill 1 of the 5 bedrooms for $900 (High Speed Internet Included). The deposit will be equivalent to 1 month of rent.
The electricity will range between $70-$100 a month.
This room has a twin size loft bed, a desk, a chair and some shelves but there is no AC in the unit.
There are no pillows, bedsheets, and blankets so I kindly ask you to purchase them beforehand and the size of the bed is a Twin Size.
There is NO laundry in the building but there is a laundromat 3 min away from the apartment.
Also there are H&M, CVS, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, Target, Wholefoods, Pioneer Super Market, Marshalls, TJ Max, Harlem Wine and Liquor on 125th St.
About the roomies
Currently, there are 5 people living in the apartment. 2 of them are students, the other roommate works full time and I work full time as well.
