Room is available August 7th. It is a room with two closets and an attached bathroom. Very spacious. The apartment has in unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher. There is a full kitchen, a porch, and the complex has a tennis court, dog park, pool, and fitness center. There is a shopping center a 15 minute walk away with Giant and Starbucks. The Vienna metro is a 7 minute drive. The common spaces are furnished.

I will be moving, so my lease will be taken over. The remaining roommate majored in physics and enjoys theater. She is very social and often away on weekends. She is easygoing and doesn’t worry over dishes in the sink or a bit of clutter. If interested I’ll put you into contact with her.
