Its a 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment. In unit laundry, own bathroom. On street parking and walking distance to everything downtown. Utilities are about $125-$150 each. Kitchen and living room is furnished just need to bring bedroom furniture. Our 4th roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take her room. Lease ends Aug 31st 2024 but there’s opportunity to renew.

Currently 3 girls living here between the ages 23-25. All of us have full time jobs here in Newport. We are all good at picking up after our selves and keeping the shared spaces clean. We usually chill weekdays and keep things respectful on work nights but do like going out on weekends and love hosting our friends on occasional weekends.
