Roommate wanted to share 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Vancouver, WA (Minnehaha neighborhood). The bedroom is approximately 11’ X 10.5’ and the total apartment is approximately 1000 square ft and located on the second floor of a small quiet complex, and also comes with your own private bathroom. There is also a small balcony and a washer & dryer in our apartment.

Background check/Employment check: Required $50 Guests: Of course, but no long term guests Pets: No other pets, I have a 5yr old male lab already Smoking: yes, but outside Parking: 1 shared reserve space and street parking otherwise (street parking is widely available) Monthly rent: $778 (most utilities included except internet and electric) Additional utilities: $30 internet and half of monthly electric (varies between $40-$80pp depending on the time of year) Available: Now Lease: 1 year lease Move in costs: Background/Employment check $50, 1st month’s rent of $778, and $600 refundable deposit (assuming there is no damage) after move out. In person meeting and viewing required before any transactions take place.

I am a professional female that works days and I have a 5yr old black lab mix male dog, sorry no other pets allowed. I’ve lived here for a year already and all of the neighbors are quiet, friendly, and nice. I am a social, fun, but quiet and respectful roommate that is looking for a single person to share my great apartment with. Please no couples, kids or pets. Not in a rush to find someone, more importantly just looking for the right fit. Ideally looking for someone in their 30’s-40’s that is also a professional.
