Our cozy home is located in the peaceful and secure neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. We have a private bedroom available with a private bathroom, offering a comfortable and convenient stay.

The bedroom, furnished with a bed and desk, provides a relaxing space for you to rest and work. However, if you have your own furniture, we can remove any furniture depending on your needs. The bedroom near the front of the house, whereas our room is on the opposite end. The full private bathroom located next to this room is exclusively for your use.

Sherman Oaks is a quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for those seeking a peaceful environment. You can enjoy leisurely walks around the area, surrounded by serene streets and greenery. The community is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.

In addition to your private room and bathroom, you’ll have access to shared spaces, including the kitchen and dining room.

Our location offers easy access to major transportation routes, allowing you to explore Los Angeles and its various attractions. Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, our private bedroom with a private bathroom provides a comfortable and convenient base for your stay.

Potential roomies will share space with me, my husband, and our two dogs, who have their own living room and private backyard.

We are a social and friendly but also respectful of privacy and boundaries. We are clean and organized and make sure the communal spaces are always clean and looking for a roommate who can do the same. We can be social and fun but love our downtime. We are open to being friends with our roommate, but are also happy to get along and be friendly and polite towards each other.

Things we liked to do for fun: We love to go on nature walks, bike rides, going to the beach, and painting.

Luckily, we are able to enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides since we are 20-40 minutes away from several beaches and 10 minutes of Lake Balboa, Woodley Park, and The Japanese Garden.
