Shared Furnished Home: This is a five (5) bedroom residential home with three (3) bathrooms. Rent is $600.00 or $650.00 monthly (depending on room selection) and the first month move-in refundable fee (also depends on room selection). Two bathrooms are shared, and one bedroom has an ensuite (bathroom) that rents for $650.00 a month. For the safety of all tenants this is a no coed, one person to a room lodging, no smoking, no drinking, no illegal drugs usage home. Also, no pets of any kind allowed. Lights, gas, water (no WIFI) is included in monthly rent. Tenants must have a stable income (example: employed, retired, social security etc.). Looking for mature men preferable mid forty plus and above. This home is an old house that has been recently renovated, furnished and has many beautiful features. It is not located in a gated community nor an upcoming neighborhood. Quiet time is 24 hours a day-seven days a week due to the difference work days and time schedules of tenants. Your own personal transportation is advised. This is not a Personal Care Home Facility and thereby releases and forever discharges me from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and causes of action arising out of or in any way related to you and your stay.
