I have a large, bright, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom for rent. $1200/month including utilities and a $1200 deposit.

I am an easygoing 34 year old female civil engineer and grew up here in Colorado. I love being outdoors (climbing, mountain biking, hiking, skiing, all the things) and am a pretty busy person. I do like the occasional roomie game night and cooking dinner. I currently work from home two days a week. I do not currently have any pets. Looking for a clean, respectful roommate, who is easy to get along with, maintains a stable income, and will pay rent on time, every time. The expectation is that you are a non-smoker and help keep things tidy. I’m open to male/female/LGBTQ+, no preference from me as long as you seem like a good fit. Open to 1 or maybe 2 dogs if they also seem like a good fit (no cats unfortunately). A background check is required. 600+ credit score. Your monthly income is 3x the rent. Only looking for one person.
