Tova's room

I just bought my first house! I’m looking for a roommate to share it. It’s an adorable cape cod in Glenn Burnie with a driveway, a lovely fenced in back yard, one very soft cat, a fireplace and firepit, and a jetted tub!

I’d prefer to have a roommate instead of just a tenant but of course, whatever accommodations need to be made can be discussed.

The room available is on the bottom floor with access to your own bathroom (it has the jetted tub!). While the room is unfurnished, I am completely willing to provide a wardrobe as, at the moment, there is no closet. I’m looking to convert an in wall bookcase to a closet, so this may change before you move in! You’d have full access to the whole house, there’s a guest room and a big backyard. I do plan to fully furnish the rest of the house on my own, but decorating the house would be a group effort, if you like (I’m happy to do it on my own, too.)

I want this to be a place that we both want to live in, not just my house that you rent.

The pics are from the listing and I plan to remove the American flag. Move in date is negotiable.

I run a ski/snowboard/bike shop, so those are activities of which I’m pretty fond. I like general nerdiness, the outdoors, and baking.

As much as I love pets, my cat doesn’t get along great with other animals, so anything that can’t stay in your room (like a hamster or a snake) wouldn’t work out.
