Hey there! I’m looking for someone who is looking for a long term stay to replace my current roommate on the month to month lease. Room will be available by July 26th, possibly sooner depending if your application is approved with the office. The application fee is $54 and nonrefundable. Deposit is $500. First month rent is due on August 1st via payable online portal. Pet deposit is $500 and $25 additionally per month. The office waives fees if the pet is an ESA and can submit paperwork for them. Limited one pet only. Minimum one year lease. It’s a safe and gated community. Across the street from grocery stores and down the street from Dutch Bros. Quiet neighbors and you will have access to the assigned parking spot. Laundry is onsite. Prefer roommate in 20s to early 30s. Must be LGBTQ friendly. No kids, I’m sorry.

I’m 28 years old, trans and enby, I love reading, video games, comics and going to conventions with my friends. I appreciate roommates who work together to keep the apartment clean and aren’t afraid to communicate and let me know what boundaries are. I work permanently from home as a case manager Mon-Friday and get wifi for free due to this. I prefer to do grocery shopping on my own. I get along easily with cats and small dogs but please be respectful that although I may spend a lot of time at home, I’m not here to be a pet sitter.
