Julia's room

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. The house has four rooms and three bathrooms, you will be sharing the bathroom with another roommate. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and near ASU Tempe campus. The room has a queen-sized bed, a desk, a chair, and shelves.

The roommates are grad students and a young professional. They are clean, very friendly, and respectful. We are usually working in our classes so we look for a calm environment.
