1728 sq foot, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house located on a lake. $1200 for big room or $1000 for smaller room. It includes all utilities. Shared bathroom. I am 44 and have 2 small lap dogs. I’m home during the summer, but starting in September, I’m not home much as I go to work and then go to classes in the evenings. I enjoy walking in the surrounding woods. I tend to be busy with school work or working on projects.
