Jessica's room

This is a single family home that my partner and I bought a couple years ago. We are just off of soda bay rd, close to some trails, the soda bay bodega, and the State Park. The room that is available is a downstairs room that has closet space and built in shelves for lots of storage. The bathroom across the hall from that room is in seldom use anyway so basically a private bathroom. Our front and side yards are fenced in as well.

My name is Jessica and my partners name is Tony. We have three dogs and a cat. I work from home and Tony works outside of the home, part-time. We like to smoke and drink socially or at the end of some long work days. We are really really clean despite all the animals. We like to spend time with our dogs, play video games, work on projects, and travel.

I will be candid - We are not looking for some lake county usual who is gonna do hard drugs or sit on our couch all day and scream at people and give ALL the excuses as to why they cant pay their rent. Been there done that - and I now know all the legal bs to throw those people out on their ass, so…

We are fully expecting a normal, employed, clean, adult to take our available room. If you have pets, kids, a partner, we are open to them but it will have to be a discussion. No untrained pets allowed, no exceptions on that. No hard drugs. Guest priveleges will need to be discussed as well. This is my home afterall and I would like to be able to feel safe in it :)

Overall we are easy-going, clean, professionals who are looking for someone similar or someone who is not completely disruptive to our lives.
