Shared amenities include hight speed internet, on-site laundry, LG 65“ OLED TV, game consoles (PS5, PS4 Pro, Switch), a fully equipped kitchen with brand new Fridge and dishwasher, and a 2-car garage. Rent is $800 per month, all inclusive. With first month, last month and $500 refundable security deposit due on move in. $30 application fee to run credit and background check. Lease is 12-month minimum. Past landlord recommendations are preferred.
