Access cards to the Clubhouse are currently $10 each for anyone 18 years or older and vehicle stickers are $15 each.there are laundry machines in the apartment. If you are male you will be sharing the bathroom with a male if you are female you will be sharing the bathroom with me

Hello we are moving into an apartment (first floor) roughly around august 15-20 dead center of champions gate. Rent is $715+ (Utilities divided equally). Shared bathroom. Need someone CLEAN and someone willing to live there for the year.Have to be cool living with male/female and a service animal (in photos) I Paula and 26 years old and my friend(male) is 32 both from Colombia.
