This is a rental property in which 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in Davis; less than 15 minutes biking from the house to UC Davis Welcome Center, and the Bus stop to UC Davis Campus is less than 3 minutes walking from the house. A single bedroom is available $700/month. The lease term is until 06/30/2024. The rent includes water, garbage, and gardener. Internet fee is $25/ month. Gas and electricity bills will be split among tenants. There are a refrigerator, washer, dryer to share among housemates. Looking for a very easy-going, friendly, kind, and responsible mature who would be happy to share the house with others. Please no drinking, drugs, smoking, parties, or pets. There are currently two male UC Davis students who have been living in the house since last school year. The property is closed to Nuget super market.
