Wi-Fi, streaming channels, laundry, parking in garage, and BILLS INCLUDED in the price. No pets, no large group gatherings or overnight guests, and no smoking of any kind. Small mini fridge, coffee maker, and kettle available on second floor. Full body massage chair, half bathroom, and luxury recliners on first floor in living room with 75 inch TV. This area can be used as much as you like. Neighbor hood has walking trail, community pool, and dog park. However, no pets in the home. Access to kitchen will be discussed later.

Homeowner is a federal attorney who works from home in separate office on second floor. She has a security clearance so it is very important to not have too many guests in the house due to her work and no illegal activity of any kind. NOT 420 friendly. No children or pets are in the house. She is an introvert that likes to keep to herself and focus on work. However, she loves going to church, watching anime, and going out with friends to party on the weekend. No parties will be hosted at the house during your stay to protect your privacy and ensure a peaceful environment.
