I have a room which is available now. It is close to Freeway I15 and 395. It is also close to shopping centers. It is a 4 bedroom house with all bedrooms rooms upstairs. You will share the bathroom with another female. You will have access to laundry, kitchen and common areas like living room and backyard. You will have your own refrigerator as shown in the pictures.

I am a professional woman and prefer to rent to other professionals. Females preferred. Total number of people that will be living in the house will be 3 including the owner.
