Hi! My name is Nori. I am an Animation Producer in LA. I’m looking for a female roommate who can move into a 2 BD/2Bath apartment with me just south of Ladera Heights, Los Angeles and east of Westchester.

Rent: $1,300+ (if you take the master room) & Security Deposit 2BD/2Bath (You’ll have your own bathroom) Utilities etc. additional Fridge, Microwave, Balcony, AC/Heater, included. 2 Parking spots 12 month lease Must have a stable job/income, Credit Score higher than 670, Income needs to be approved by the leasing company. It’s normally 2.5 times of the monthly rent (NET income) that you need to have a proof of.

I am a respectful, clean, and responsible person. I have a stable job with a lot of responsibilities. I don’t smoke or do drug. I might have a couple of guests over but don’t party at all. I work from home three days a week and have a very quiet, social, and well-behaved cat (which might not get along if you have a dog or cat). I wake up at 7-8 am and go to bed around 11 pm. I enjoy going out on weekends as well as my time at home with my cat for a movie/TV night 🙂 It would be great if I could find someone with a similar lifestyle. A female roommate only.
