Atlas's room

Hey, we’re looking to fill one bedroom in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath for 9/1. Rent for the available room is $1200/month. Please see the attached photos of the room and house which includes a large kitchen and updated appliances, dining room, family room, reading room and study. There is also free laundry in the basement. Three (3!) outdoor spaces. The house is located a 5 min walk from Davis Square and the red line T, and a 15 min walk from the new Ball Square green line stop.

Your roommates would be a Eli, 27-year old male PhD candidate at MIT, and 2 young professionals: Atlas, a 27-year-old male, and Sam, a 26-year-old female.

All roomies are super friendly, and respectful, like to keep a clean home with a warm welcoming atmosphere, and enjoy a social and comforting space to hang out and relax. We value open and honest communication and people who have well-balanced social lives (hanging out together but also doing their own thing.)
