Hello! My two roommates and I are looking for someone (female, preferably) to take over a year long single room lease at Cottage Grove! It is a 4x4, fully-furnished, pet-friendly, all-female cottage. You will have your own bedroom on the first floor (fully-furnished w/ desk, bedside table, queen-sized bed), your own private bathroom, a walk-in closet. This specific cottage is the Sycamore floorplan, and is right across from the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and is also a close walk to the bus stop!

I’m a recent graduate but the other two roommates are current UF students (1 fourth-year, 1 third-year). We’re pretty laid back, studious, generally clean, and occasionally enjoy having guests over, but we’re all courteous about shared spaces. We’re all LGBTQ+ friendly, enjoy thrifting, going out, and frequent trips to TeaStori 🫶 We are pet-friendly but currently have no pets in the apartment; it is a $300 one-time fee, and $30 monthly fee.
