The apartment complex is in a fabulous location! Freeways are just 30 seconds away and also just a couple minutes away from downtown! Super close to Target, Walmart, and restaurants and bars in South Park and downtown. I do have an ESA cat so no other pets would be allowed unfortunately. Ideally, I would like a roommate that I would be able to be friends but also respects our own alone time.

The current lease is month to month but if we find ourselves getting along and wanting to sign a year lease we can do that as well. :)

I would be the only other roommate (and my lil kitty). I love plants, cooking, going to the beach, getting coffee, and hanging out with friends. I am 420 friendly and on occasion will have some drinks but not often. I am a very accepting person and am non-judgemental of different lifestyles. Let me know if you think we’d make for a good fit!
