Olivia's room

House rented between 4 people right now only 1 room available and that would be the small pink room. (Unfurnished room) There’s two full bathrooms (one has a shower and one has a tub) Parking is first come, first serve. We do have a lot of street parking though. We all share the kitchen, washing/dryer unit, living/dining rooms. We all go out of our way to clean up our messes and keep volume at a reasonable level to be respectful towards one another.

There’s 4 roomies including me. I work swing shift as a travel cna and I have a cat and he does free roam cause it’s the summer so just be careful cause he does like to escape. I also am doing school online. We have one roomie that is a nanny and loves to cook and is just great to be around. I think she works a 9-5 schedule. The other roomie is a sushi chef and very sweet and nice! I think her schedule is a 9am-9pm And the last roomie is a pet sitter so he is gone for long periods of time but he is super quiet and listens to a lot of music on his headphones 🎧

Overall, amazing roomies and we’re looking for someone who respects everyone’s space, cleans up after themselves and shared spaces, and keeps volume to a reseaonable level. We don’t mind guest being brought over just not all the time, and don’t get too crazy. None of us drink or do drugs so we hope for someone who is the same.
