Hi Everyone, We are a household of graduate students looking to find the perfect fit in Chino Hills! We have a gorgeous view of the mountains atop our house on a hill and a quiet lovely backyard filled with citrus trees, persimmons, and pears. We have an upstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom available. We are all students in graduate school and are looking for a chill, respectful, kind, and fairly quiet roommate. This is not a party house, but rather, a recluse and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Rent cost is for 1 bedroom with a shared bathroom with access to the kitchen, in-house washer and dryer, and backyard for $950/month + utilities. We have solar energy, which costs us about $4-6/month per person + Wifi, water, sewer/trash, which comes out very low monthly utilities (less than $100). We do have a kitty that is very shy and will not bother you, they mostly stay in their respective rooms with their human parents. Please reach out to tell me a bit about yourself and your vibe.
