This is a great room because of the privacy and it’s the master bedroom. So you will have your own bathroom. There is street parking as well. It is unfurnished right now and so is most of the house, as we just moved in ourselves. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway. And you may use the kitchen as long as you clean up after yourself, and bring your own cooking utensils…kitchenware…forks…knives…spoons. You will be given your own refrigerator space as well as cupboard space. This will be a month to month lease. 30-day trial to see how well we all mesh. You will be staying with my boyfriend and myself. We are open minded..chill..private…respectful…clean…non-drama…working…weed smoking…non-alcoholic…lgbt friendly. No visitors. Sorry. This is my home and safe haven. So no outsiders. No pets. No smoking inside. Out on the private patio is totally fine. We don’t want you to feel confined to your room. You are absolutely welcome to watch t.v. or listen to music. We are a music friendly environment. We LOVE MUSIC!!! Music is LIFE!! Your rent also covers water..trash… sewage…power…and internet/wifi. We haven’t installed it yet, but we will. Gotta have it. So welcome in.
