‘m looking for a roommate to rent some space in my house. I am offering two bedrooms. So, one could be used as an office or closet and the other can be used for a bedroom. Also, you would have your own bathroom. I’m asking $1300 for one person. I am open to discussing couples or maybe even two people. The house has a yard and is dog friendly for dog friendly dogs. Sorry, no cats.

To be brutally honest, the area looks less than ideal on the map. I was not real stoked about the area when I bought the house. However, it’s turned out to be really awesome. Getting downtown is super easy and there’s multiple routes you can take if there’s traffic, so it is almost rush hour immune. It’s close to the freeway so it is super easy to get to the mountains. It takes about 25 minutes to get basically anywhere in the Denver metro area. There is a plethora of grocery stores to choose from. There’s a ton of really good authentic food from all around the world within about 10 minutes of the house. Parking is never an issue. Ubers are always super easy to get. Also, there’s tons of walking paths and libraries, rec centers, and activities to do in the area.

I am currently the only one living there, I am 31 years old, I work in healthcare, and I’m very active. I love to go outside, go to the gym, meet up with my friends, and just have fun I also like to go out dancing every once in awhile. I like to keep the home calm for the most part especially since everybody always has different work schedules. I do like to have friends over every once in awhile for dinner or something, but if it’s going to be louder late and very courteous and check before. Also, I have chickens.
