Room located inside a nice house in a nice & safe neighborhood 10 minutes away from Langley AFB, Sentara Hospital, restaurants, shopping center, grocery stores, pharmacy, parks….Utility bills included. Looking for someone responsible, clean, organized. Here is a list of not allowed: couples, visitors, smoking of any kind, drugs, weapons, pets, someone with criminal records. …..The house is kept clean and organized. You will have space in the kitchen for your food. There is also washer and dryer available.. Rent is due every 1st of the month. Deposit is due at the time you move in.

There are two other people living in the house and dogs. The roomies are friendly, clean, organized, professionals, own their own vehicle. The dogs are taken care of by one of the roomies.
