The duplex is in a good area of Clarksburg, a quick drive to the 50 exit or Nutter Fort. It has a refurbished kitchen and bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 is being used as an office space right now), a garage and driveway, and fiber optic internet. Air and heating for the upstairs and downstairs, a dining room, and a living room. The rent is $1050 collectively, split evenly between roommates. Utilities are covered by the renters. No pets allowed by owner, 3 pay stubs required to prove employment, and you must be on the lease.

I am a 30 year old technician. I can be disorganized but I keep it to my areas. I prefer some sort of white noise when I sleep (a fan and/or quiet music), just tell me if I’m too loud. I am conservative and a Christian: I will not discriminate against anyone for their beliefs, identity, or opinions, but if those things are disagreeable to you, I want to make them clear now to help you avoid putting yourself in an uncomfortable situation. I’m a nerd with an interest in anime, games, D&D, etc. Down to do that or anything else to hang out, like hiking, rafting, spelunking, swimming, etc. if you’re more outdoorsy. I can, of course, keep to myself if that’s your wish! We each have our lives to live.
