What’s up potential roomies. I have a home with a room for rent month to month for $650. This includes utilities so long as you don’t set up an IT call center in your room like the last guy. I can work with you if you aren’t here much or don’t use a lot of electricity. We are 420 friendly but please no growers. That being said there are fringe benefits if you’re a member of the fam. If you don’t partake that’s cool with us too just know that you may smell it on occasion. We do not smoke cigarettes in the house but vaping is no problem. We have 3 cats that are usually outside when it’s warm but come in during the winter. All are supper chill and love attention. The house is surprisingly big. It was built in the 50’s and has hardwood floors throughout. The rooms are all big like they used to make them. Our room is upstairs and two are downstairs. We have a huge living room and a nice dining room. The house is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom. I can furnish some items if you need them but don’t have a spare bed. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Our neighbor is a deputy that I went to school with and he’s a great guy. We have a nice yard that wraps around the house with a picnic table and fire pit. There’s a garden of you want to plant some late season crops. I have a workshop in the basement if you’re a handyperson. I also have a 1970 dodge dart that needs work if any of you have any mechanical prowess. There’s a dedicated laundry room as well. The location is pretty awesome. You’d be 10 mins from Blacksburg, Radford and 30 mins from Roanoke. You can get on I81 one min from the house. Dollar General market and Burger King are a stones throw away and Kroger is about 2 mins away. It’s close to bus lines, schools, court house, and all of the downtown festivals.

I’m a professional driver(no not Uber😂) I specialize in celebrity/VIP transportation, airport service, weddings, graduations, tours, and out of state trips. Black car service type stuff. My gf is an artist and works at a local hotel. Our other Roomate is a cook from Cali who will be here a few more months. We’re all gamers and good people who are looking for a like minded individual who needs an affordable place to crash. I’m not charging a deposit or multiple months rent, no credit check, or background check, or lease. Just rest my home with respect and fix it if you break it. Common sense consideration stuff.
