Rent is $565.50 + utilities (average $175) So overall less than $800 a month (cheaper during the winter). • You will need to apply to be added to my lease with the office which is a $50 application fee. • Located at Gormans Crossing next to NCSU/Centennial campus in Raleigh. So very ideal for students. • 2 bedroom 1.5 bath - your own room but a shared bath. • 2 extremely friendly cats live with me and you’d only need to furnish your own room. • prefer female, lgbtq friendly, can make it work for the right person. • It’s not new or fancy but affordable and in a great location.

Short backstory, my name is Chelsea and I am 30 years old and have been living in this townhome for 8 years. I moved here back when I started school at NCSU and decided to stay after getting my bachelors degree with my fiancé. Well unfortunately my fiancé decided to up and leave 2 months ago out of the blue and it has put me in a bind for being able to comfortably be able to afford rent and bills. I do have 2 extremely friendly cats that live with me and many of my own belongings here so I just ask that a roommate is kind to my babies and respects my belongings.
