I’m hoping to find: *one roommate only, no couples but an occasional weekly overnight guest is ok *no pets *smoking outside only *Prefer roommates who can communicate with other roommates, who can be friendly and considerate to each other.

What I’m NOT looking for: *roommates who do not communicate with each other and only keep to themselves *messy people

House rules: Shoes off in house. Try to keep volume levels low. House is usually quiet after 10pm, except for an occasional dinner guest visit.
