This neighborhood is clean and is located near a Target plaza and highway 5.

Ready to move in May 1 and will require a background check and first month’s rent and deposit.

I am looking for a clean and professional individual who is interested in living in this area. The house is partially furnished for the shared living room and kitchen. House has a very spacious kitchen and living room area with dining space and a good size backyard. There are 2 males currently renting the other rooms.
