Monthly rent is $1000 due at the beginning of the month. Deposit is $1000 when you signed the rental agreement. First month rent can be prorated. The house is rented by SDSU male student and full time professional. You will be shared kitchen with these tenants and share bathroom with SDSU male student. I will be there to maintain the house once a week.
