Jason's room

Welcome future roommate! We have a single room in a house with its own private bathroom for rent. It is partly furnished, but if you have your own then it won’t be furnished. Rent is $1200/month (+ $1000 depoit) which includes utilities. The house is 2 story with 5 bedroom upstairs. It’s located west of Santa Rosa near Hwy 12. There is a trail near (Joe Rodota trail) for walking/biking. About 1 mile away from Oliver’s and Foodmaxx.

You will be sharing a house with a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). We’re a quiet family who enjoys doing our own while at home. We are two working adults we try to get outside of the house when we can. We do have a dog, he is friendly but getting old.
