About the room
Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom for rent in our 3bed/2bath apartment in the Inner Richmond. Rent is $1700/month + utilities (water/electric/wifi)
We are two blocks away from Clement St which has cool bars and amazing restaurants.
The room is very spacious with plenty of natural sunlight as well as its own bathroom and shower. We have an in-unit washer and dryer as well as AC/heat.
About the roomies
We are both 23 and 24 year old guys that attended Penn State and have been living here for the past two years. We like watching sports, going out to bars and concerts on weekends, skiing, trying out new restaurants, and watching movies (70 inch TV in the living room!)
I work as a Software Engineer in South Bay and my other roommate is a Mechanical Engineer in SF so we both are on the Monday-Friday 9-5 ish schedule.
We are looking for someone to move into this room and start a new 12 month lease (open to month-to-month) as early as August 1. Please let me know any questions!
